Ashley Marsh-Holmes
Founder, CEO, Preschool Director
I'm Ashley Marsh-Holmes, founder and CEO of Tiny Notes. I have a Master's in Special Education with a second emphasis on Early Childhood/ Intervention from University Massachusetts Global. It's been my dream to create an arts-based program providing multiple disciplines of services to assist in supporting and developing all of our children, regardless of their needs. I'm very excited for our growth as a school and as a family.

Coming from working in a local school district, I am thrilled to help young learners get started on their journey to elementary and beyond. Hello, I'm Arianna. I am originally from Gig Harbor and have been working with children since middle school. I found working with little humans and helping them grow and succeed is the most fulfilling and precious job one can have. I love working with 2-3 year old's as I get to help develop all their emerging skills! I'm so excited to meet and build a safe place to learn for your little ones!

My name is Chelsea South and I am currently an aide in the afternoon at Tiny Notes. I am a graduate of Central Washington University with a degree in Family Studies. I was drawn to working at Tiny Notes because of their dedication and inclusion of movement in all aspects of the learning process. I love seeing the kids at Tiny Notes and look forward to helping them grow and achieve new skills. When not at work I enjoy being at home with my husband and two kids playing in the sunshine when it is out.

I am originally from Delaware and am a proud Navy Mom of a sailor stationed on the USS Roosevelt. I enjoy reading, playing D&D and spending time with my Kitty.

Hello, I'm Gabie Rachall, and I'm thrilled to be part of the Tiny Notes team! My journey began as a parent at Tiny Notes in 2021, and I later joined the administrative team. Although my primary role is in administration, I absolutely love spending time with the kiddos whenever I get the chance. It's a joy to be part of such a nurturing and inclusive environment!
